24/7 Customer Service
You do not have to wait for weekday business hours to reach us. Our Customer Service team is available around the clock by phone and email, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Have your application or loan number ready if you have one. It helps us find your file faster. For account-specific questions we will need to verify your identity before we discuss balances, payments, or personal information.
If your account is past due, use the past-due number listed below so you reach the team that handles collections and repayment arrangements. You may still use the main customer service number for other issues.

Little Lake Lending
2770 Mission Rancheria Rd #393
Lakeport, CA 95453
Office (not a retail branch)
2726 Mission Rancheria Rd
Lakeport, CA 95453
Our office is an operations location, not a walk-in storefront for loan applications. Please use phone, email, mail, or the online portal for account service.
When you write or leave a message, tell us whether you are a new applicant, a current customer, or a third party (for example, a counselor helping a borrower). Third parties should have the customer's authorization before we can share account details.
Hotlines & External Resources
If you have already contacted us and you still have an unresolved concern, you have additional options.
Online Lenders Alliance (OLA) Consumer Hotline
866-299-7787
OLA provides an independent hotline for consumers who have a complaint about an online lender. You may use this number if you cannot resolve an issue through our Customer Service team.
Tribal escalation
Layma, LLC is a tribal enterprise of the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria. If you have an escalated complaint that Customer Service has not resolved, ask a representative to elevate the matter through our internal escalation process for tribal-enterprise complaints. Escalated review is available 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Call Customer Service first, state that you are requesting an escalation, and we will route your concern. We do not publish a separate public number for that desk; using the main line keeps your request in the same verified file.
Nonprofit credit counseling
If you are struggling with multiple debts, a nonprofit credit counselor can help you review a budget and options that go beyond a single loan. The OLA hotline and similar consumer-finance resources can point you toward reputable counseling organizations.
Using an external hotline does not replace your obligation to make payments that are due under your loan agreement, and it does not by itself cancel a loan.
Contact Form
Prefer to send a message from the website? Use the contact form. We aim to respond within one business day. Messages received on weekends or holidays are generally answered the next business day, though our phone team remains available 24/7 if you need faster help.
Form fields:
- Name — Your first and last name, as used on your application or account if you have one.
- Email — The address we should use for our reply.
- Phone — A number where we can reach you if email is not enough.
- Category — Choose the topic that fits best (for example, application status, existing account, payment, technical issue, complaint, or other).
- Message — Brief description of your question or concern. Include your application or loan number if you have one. Do not enter a Social Security number, full account number, debit-card number, or password in the message box.
Submitting the form does not change your loan terms and is not a payment. For time-sensitive payment issues, call us.
